Santosh Khadka, PhD, is Professor of English, and an Academic Lead for DCDL graduate program at California State University, Northridge. He earned his PhD in composition and cultural rhetoric from Syracuse University in New York. He has authored a monograph and scores of articles, and also co-edited five books. His monograph, Multiliteracies, Emerging Media, and College Writing Instruction, came out from Routledge in 2019. He has co-edited four books on multimodality— Bridging the Multimodal Gap: From Theory to Practice, Professionalizing Multimodal Composition (Utah State UP), and Designing and Implementing Multimodal Curricula and Programs, Multimodal Composition: Faculty Development Programs and Institutional Change (Routledge). His fifth co-edited book, Narratives of Marginalized Identities in Higher Education: Inside and Outside the Academy, was also released in 2018 by Routledge. Khadka has also published several articles in journals in the US and abroad.
